- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available under contract N62473-10-G-5423, Southern California and Arizona Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for construction and construction-related services restricted to 8(a) firms with a bona fide place of business within SBA Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Ana, CA and Phoenix, AZ district offices. Summary of the project scope is as follows: The contractor shall provide all services, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for the renovation of building 78 restrooms, lobby and locker rooms and incidental related work at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA. The contractors allowed to present a proposal for this project are those Southern California BOA contractors with the primary NAICS 236220 and a bona fide place of business within the Santa Ana District.
