- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intend to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 to Inter City Manufacturing INC,. The proposed contract action is for Precision Machining services for use in scientific and Engineering development work and supporting student theses, faculty research, and laboratoty training aids for four months. Period of Performance: 30 June 2011 thru 30 October 2011. Which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by 3 June 2011, 12:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, via e-mail or fax.
