- The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), a U.S. Government agency, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR Part 13.106 (b)(1), to Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, Inc. to provide Trillium Software System integration and installation services. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, Inc. will provide the following - Verification and functional testing of Trillium Software System v13 (TSS v13) batch - Verification of installation for any TSS v13 software patches - Initial configuration and testing of a standard TS Quality batch project - Provide methodology discussion on migrating from development to production (Estimated 4 hours) - Provide knowledge transfer to Customer’s technical resource regarding Trillium Software System CSOSA has identified to Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, Inc as the only provider of integration, maintenance and installation services for Trillium Software System and is the only known source able to satisfy the Governments requirement. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested firms, who have the ability to provide the services identified above for Trillium Software Systems may identify their interest and capability in response to the requirements above. Offers to provide to provide integration, maintenance and installation services for Trillium Software System will only be considered. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sources wishing to be considered MUST submit documentation of their ability to provide the required services no later than 8:00 A.M EDT Tuesday, May 31, 2011.
