- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following item, CHARON VAX XM Plus Server, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Stromasys Inc.'s authorized distributor, Salem Automation, Inc., 1598 Westbrook Plaza Drive, Suite 102, Winston-Salem, NC 2710, due to CHARON VAX XM Plus Server communicates with existing software tools that have already been tested and verified in the CHARON VAX environment already in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Stromasys CHARON VAX XM Plus Server, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the CHARON VAX environment already in use and causing programmatic hardship.
