- The subcontract requires a firm to provide all material and labor to install a precast structure on the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). A concrete slab-on-grade foundation shall be prepared by the Contractor based on Subcontractor structure design. The Structure shall be complete with HVAC, lighting and door hardware.
