- Construction Cost Breakdown Seed Project Roofing Plan Seed Project Asbestos Report Seed Project AF Form 66 AF Form 66 (IDIQ) Past Performance Questionaire Past Performance Infomation Form Hazmat Questionnaire Wage Determination dated 13 May 2011 Statement of Work FA4887-11-R-0010, Roofing IDIQ Solicitation This is a notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.2. The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Repair Roofing IDIQ at Luke AFB, AZ. The requirement will be for roof repair, maintenance, alteration, and replacement on real property facilities located at Luke AFB, AZ; Gila Bend AF Auxiliary Field, AZ (includes Barry M. Goldwater Range) and Fort Tuthill Recreation Area, Flagstaff, AZ. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 238160 (Roofing Contractors) and the Small Business Size Standard is $14.0M. It is anticipated that a single solicitation and a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. The Government anticipates a performance period of one (1) base year with one (1) 1-year options. The Government anticipates aHUBZone set-aside. In addition to the fore mentioned, the government seeks to award to an offeror who gives the Air Force the greatest confidence that it will meet the requirements affordably. At the time of solicitation, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this contract is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 as cited in FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects. The anticipated solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be issued via FedBizOpps on the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation for this requirement will be available. The government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice. The anticipated issuance of the solicitation will be on or about 24 May 2011 with a closing date 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. The anticipated award date is 10 Ju1 2011.
