- This solicitation is being authorized under IQC11099009038, NSN: 4010-00-106-9459, for use on weapon systems EZN Ticonderoga Class CG 47, JDN Arleigh Burke Class DDG, VDN Impeccable Class T-AGOS 23. This NSN is coded as 1/G and there is a complete Tech Data Package available for download. This NSN is manufactured in accordance with Basic Drawing NR 80064 860062 dated 06 SEP 21, Amendment NR M dated 39 JAN 01, Type Number: S2603-860062SZ1 7-8WHAIRP. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Requested delivery is in 30 Days. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Surge & Sustainment does not apply to this NSN. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 108 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 27 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 27 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 108 EA, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 216 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation open date is 5/24/2011.
