- The above reference pre-solicitation is hereby amended to reflect the following information: 1. CLASSIFICATION CODE- J- Maintenance, repair & rebuilding of equipment 2. NAISC CODE to read 811310-Commercial and Industrial Manchinery and Equipment. 3. Amended RFQ will be uploaded to correct the Response Date. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The USCG SURFACES FORCES LOGISTIC CENTER, MEC-PRODUCT LINE has a requirement for Commercial OPEN, INSPECT AND REPORT/REPAIR in accordance with the format outline in FAR Subpart 12.6 FAC 2005-51, and as a supplemented with additional information included in this pre-solicitation notice. NSN: 4320-01-481-4914 ITEM NAME: PUMP UNIT, CENTRIUGAL PART NO. 3186-9534 MFG. CRANE DEMING PUMPS. IT is anticipated that a competitive purchase order shall be awarded to any qualified facility that can repair this/these item prescribed herein as a result of this notice *NOTE* ALL PARTS MUST BE ORIGINAL, NEW, OEM PARTS. Only genuine Crane Deming Pumps parts can be used as replacement parts for this/these pumps. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the USCGSFLC, Warehouse Receiving Room Bldg. 88, and 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. The NAISC Code 333911 for this solicitation is, and the Small Business sized standard 500. The resultant Purchase Order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Far Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. EVALUATION FACTORS: (a) Price and Price related factors (b) Technical Ability to furnished offered Parts (c) Past performance Request for Quotation, 211401B4500AG146 shall be available for download from FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or about MAY 13, 2011 all quotations are due no later than COB, 27, MAY 2011 It is anticipated that award will be made by 31, MAY 2011. Contractors shall use ORCA to electronically submit annual representations and certifications (REPS & CERTS) in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-3, and must be actively register in CONTRACTOR CENTRAL REGISTRATION, (CCR) www.ccr.gov It is the offerors responsibility to monitor and upload the (Request for Quotation) in the FBO system and other changes or amendments to this quotation.
