- SYNOPSIS The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center- Unit 23156, APO, AE 09227-3156, intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract(s) with Fixed Unit Price CLINs for Distribution and Warehouse Services of Furniture and Domestic Appliances throughout Europe, to include Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. These services include drayage services for furniture and domestic appliances to and from Government personnel residencies within the U.S. military community area in Europe; installation and removal of Government domestic appliances; and warehouse services (materials-handler manual labor) in Government owned warehouses for the Installation Management Command, Europe. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, supervision, tools, and vehicles to perform these services. Specific areas are as follows: Area 1- Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, Garmisch; Area 2- Ansbach, Bamberg, Schweinfurt; Area 3- Stuttgart; Area 4- Heidelberg; Area 5- Baumholder, Wiesbaden; Area 6- Chievres, Belgium; Area 7- Schinnen, Netherlands; Area 8- Livorno, Vicenza Italy. The intended contract(s) will have one (1) year period of performance, with three (3) one (1) year options. Evaluation and award of a contract(s) will be made by each area. An offeror need not provide an offer for each area. Multiple awards are anticipated for this requirement. The acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition. A solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps), on or about 20 June 2011.
