- This synopsis is an update to the 18 May 2011 synopsis issued under Classification Code 19 “ Detail Design and Construction of Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Test and Training Craft and Production Units and referenced as solicitation N00024-11-R-2401. Prospective Offerors are advised that the official solicitation was released on 20 May 2011. No additional responses to draft solicitation questions will be posted. Any remaining bidders ™ questions asked but not answered via this website prior to the release of the official solicitation or not incorporated into the official solicitation should be submitted as formal questions to the official solicitation. The process and procedure for submitting questions are contained within the official solicitation. This synopsis, any future synopses and any amendments to the solicitation will be posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil.
