- Nomenclature: NSN 4810-00-228-8206, Aerocontrolex, Inc. (98939) P/N 982R021. Required Delivery: 21 each within 60 days after the date of the contract. FOB: Destination Inspection/Acceptance: Origin Alternate offers require engineering source approval by the design control activity. The government intends to solicit only the approved manufacturing sources under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Alternate offers must submit their data package to the design control activity for approval. Based on market research this item is not known to be a commercial item and will not be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The response date referenced above is an estimate. The solicitation will be available approximately 15 days after this notice is posted on this website and in The Commerce Business Daily. the DSCC website URL is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The solicitation will not be available until 9 June 2011. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors described in the solicitation. Written offers are required to be returned on the bid package to the bid room at Defense Supply Center Columbus, P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, faxed to (614) 692-4275 or emailed to the bid room at DSCC.BidandAbstractRoom@dla.mil. Please do not submit offers directly to the Buyer.
