Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Replacement of Built-Up Roof El Paso, TX Project Number 756-12-101 The El Paso VA Health Care System, 5001 North Piedras, El Paso, Texas 79930, anticipates soliciting proposals and consequently awarding a construction contract for the Replacement of the Built-Up Roof “ Project number, 756-12-101. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and part 36 (Construction) and will be evaluated with procedures therein. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, and pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d), the solicitation will be advertised as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The Offeror shall provide all labor, personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, supervision, administration and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish the work. The NAICS Code is: 238160 The Standard size is: $14 million The Project Magnitude is: $1,000,000 - $2,000,000 The complete solicitation package (including specifications and drawings) will be issued on or about Wednesday, June 8, 2011 via FEDBIZOPPS. All questions must be submitted in writing, via email, to Matthew DeWane at: Matthew.DeWane@va.gov. In the subject line of the email include both the Project Name, Replacement of Built-Up Roof, and the Project number, 756-12-101.
