- This is a Sources Sought requirement to obtain possible sources and information such as delivery time frames and costs for a construction project to be performed at UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, FCI Cumberland, MD. Additionally, it is requested that interested parties submit a price quote based on the draft solicitation. Attached to this notice is a Draft Solicitation outlining the specifics of this requirement. Information is subject to change as it is finalized. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this solicitation, or any task order or contract that might result from the solicitation is entirely subject to, and contingent upon, the availability of funds approved. No legal liability on the part of the Government shall arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer and a contract is awarded. The estimated Contract Completion for this project is 60 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The date for receipt of Sources Sought responses is June 11, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
