- One clarification: 1. Part 8.3 of Attachment 5 "Offerors Questionnaire for Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Integration and Development Contract" requires submission of a hard copy version of the LIMS vendor documentation. The offeror shall, at a minimum, submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of the subject documentation with the proposal. This documentation is not part of the technical volume's 50 page limit.
