- US GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE TAMPA, FLORIDA 1FL2061 The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State : Florida City : Tampa (West Shore) Delineated Area : North: W. Spruce Street to W. Boy Scout Blvd (FL616) South: I-75 to W. Kennedy Blvd (FL60) East: N. Dale Mabry Hwy (FL600/US92) West: Old Tampa Bay Minimum SF : 4,250 ABOA SF Maximum SF : 4,888 ABOA SF Space Type : Office Parking Requirement : No required reserved parking. Ample parking desired on site premises or at a public lot within a walkable 1/4 mile. Full Term : 10 years or 120 months Firm Term : 5 years or 60 months Option Term : Options are acceptable Offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due : June 2, 2011 at 5:00pm EST Expressions Interest Should Include : 1. Project Number 1FL2061 2. Building Name and Address 3. Location of space in the building 4. Total rentable square footage (RSF) and rate per RSF specifying services and utilities included 5. ANSI/BOMA office area square feet or ABOA (usable) square feet 6. Contact information for owner or authorized agent (name, address, phone, email, etc.) 7. For any properties or proposals submitted by a broker/agent, the offer must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
