- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Leonard Wood, MO. 65473, on behalf of the Military Police School at FLW, Missouri., intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii), based on the fact that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended source for the award for this action is Clark Equipment Company, 250 Beaton Dr, West Fargo, ND, 58078. Clark Equipment Company will provide support for 5600 Turbo Tool cat (Bobcat) Clark Equipment Company shall provide the Government with the equipment as quickly as possible The Date of Delivery for this Firm Fixed Price (FFP) will be in and around thirty days (30) days. The place of delivery will be Military Police School FLW, MO, 292 Ordinance Drive, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, 65473, at the Governments' site. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document or RFP for competitive proposals to follow and no phone calls will be accepted. The point of contact for this posting is Mr. Robert Meekie, Contract Specialist at robert.meekie@us.army.mil. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Robert Meekie via e-mail no later than 23 May 2011; 12:00 pm CST. A determination to compete or not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
