- VA-259-11-RQ-0072 Statement of Work Maintenance Service Agreement for Nuance Dictaphone system The contractor shall provide a maintenance service agreement for a Powerscribe Dictaphone voice recognition system and associated equipment manufactured by Nuance and identified below in the equipment list. The service agreement shall provide Remote Coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and On-Site coverage 8AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri for installation of Updates, Upgrades and support for equipment repair. Remote coverage to be provided by dial-in or internet access and emergency remote support for all operational failures which prevent the continuation of day-to-day business operations. All emergency support calls must be returned within one hour following receipt of call. Non-emergency remote support calls must have a call back within four hours of call in for support. Contractor shall provide Update and Upgrade coverage of all software programs during the term of the maintenance agreement. The contractor shall provide approved anti-virus software and ensure proper operation of all Nuance applications and utility software used in conjunction with Nuance applications. Provide at no cost hardware replacement parts for all covered Nuance proprietary hardware products.
