(ABOA): 8,778 Space Type: Office or Flex Parking Spaces (Total): 30 surface reserved with min 5 of those secured by fencing Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 30 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Contiguous office space required. Retail space will not be considered. The space may not be located within 200 feet of day care centers, hospitals, schools, or residential communities. Build to Suits will not be considered.
