- This is a pre-solicitation notice for purchase of the following item: This requirement is for the initial purchase of 12 ea 5895-01-212-8995EW, Part #: 037-003095-001, receiver equalizer. Four Options will be included for the purchase of a maximum of 35 ea for each option. Assets will be shipped FOB Origin to SW3119, Robins AFB, GA. Inspection & Acceptance is at Source utilizing higher level contract quality requirements. The RFQ will be issued using other than full and open competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1 to Northrop Grumman, CAGE: 1LTU5 and Emerson Network Power Connectivity Solutions, CAGE: 34078 due to it being a source controlled asset. The solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 3 Jun 2011, with responses due 5 Jul 2011.
