- This solicitation SPM4A7-11-R-2052; NSN 1560-01-078-5348, PR: 0040383467. Item: Door, Installation Nose Gear Wheel, P/N: 3-10825-25. The only approved source for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: Northrop Grumman (CAGE 0JRC1) P/N: 3-10825-25; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is an unrestricted acquisition utilizing an Other Than Full and Open competition. Requested delivery is 340 DARO. Any manufacturer, other than Northrop Grumman (CAGE 0JRC1), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity contract for 19 each. This item is subject to Critical Application, Export Control and Configuration Control. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and Past Performance Information Retrieval System - Statistical Reporting (PPIRS_SR) may apply: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be on or around June 6, 2011 with a closing date of July 6, 2011 A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
