(RSF): 4,180 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 7 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: Fifteen (15) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years Offered space must be in a Class A building and must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
