Initial base contracts will be established to cover the initial award with individual Task Orders competed amongst successful awardees. The focus for these task orders will be determined upon the issuance of a RFQ and SOW for individual Task Orders and may include tasks such as technical support to provide technical, programmatic, financial and administrative support to assist in all areas of program management from inception through transition. Support for individual Task Orders may be provided by prime contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and other subject matter experts. The scope of this contract is to support DARPA and STO through contract management and administration, technical, programmatic, financial and administrative program support tasks. These tasks span the entire program lifecycle incorporating, for example: 1) concept development, including program planning, briefing development and acquisition planning; 2) program execution, including technical progress monitoring, solicitation support and financial execution and tracking; and 3) technology transition. The contractor shall provide the necessary SETA and administrative services, materials, facilities, and travel to perform tasks in conducting the office mission.The Acquisition Services Directorate, Sierra Vista Division intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M) or Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). On behalf of DARPA, a five (5) year (one base year plus four (4) option years) contract is contemplated. The estimated ceiling for this contract is $205,000,000.00.
