- Amendment to Draft RFP Cover Letter ACTION CODE: Modification to a Previous Notice This action was originally published in the FedBizOpps dated 17 May 2011. The following draft RFP cover letter paragraph is changed to delete the request to provide a SIPRNet email address: Delete: 4. The draft RFP includes a document that contains export-controlled information, as well as a classified document that must be requested and made available under separate cover. Requestors must be US Citizens or Permanent resident Aliens currently cleared at the US SECRET level (or higher). Requests may be made by sending a plain text email to the Deputy Program Manager, Tanya Macrina at following address: Tanya.Macrina@rl.af.mil. Please include the following information: Point of Contact (must be a US SECRET level cleared individual): Social Security Account Number (SSAN): Company Name: Company Address: CAGE code (must match Company Name and Address): Contact number: Email address (unclassified): Email Address (SIPRNet): DD Form 2345 (completed and approved) Replace: 4.
