- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCBC, Joint Base Andrews AFB, Maryland intends to award a sole source contract to LGC Innovations LLC to obtain spare parts for the Tri-link wideband radio system at Joint Base Andrews AFB, MD. The contract action is for products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and the Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will not be responsible for any submittal cost. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Amn Chandler Lyles, chandler.lyles@afncr.af.mil no later than 10:00 a.m., EST 25 May 2011.
