- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a commodity purchase order in support of the 402 Maintenance Wing for the purchase, installation, and training on (1) FlashJet Coatings Removal System, and associated facility modifications necessary for installation of the system components at Warner Robins, ALC, GA. The proposed contract action is for a commodity item for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, FlashTech Inc, 5820 Fee Fee Road, Hazelwood, MO 63402 (CAGE: 1WNT8), under authority of FAR 6.302-1 Justification: Only one source and no other supply will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
