- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide and install a Fusion Welded and Rack able Steel Ornamental Fence System at Cavanaugh House (a private residence), Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, Seattle, Washington (LWSC). All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Scope of Work, Specifications, drawings and all applicable industry standards and Federal, State and local codes and regulations.
