- Contractor shall furnish miscellaneous electrical supplies and materials for the electrical distribution system upgrade of the dam East Recreation Area at Rend Lake, Benton, Illinois. This will be a Small Business Set-Aside, competitive procurement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423610. The SBA size standard is 100 Employees. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 23 May 2011. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on the FedBizOps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov/. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on FedBizOps. Telephonic, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests, for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/FBOSols.htm or at www.fedbizopps.gov/. in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and have completed On-Line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to receive a contract award.
