Description
This is a sources sought RFI concerning a potential requirement that may come available at the Dayton VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor services. The Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor will be conducting Level 1 Clinical Pastoral Education training as mandated by the association of clinical pastoral education. The supervisor will provide 4-5 hours weekly group supervision and education to include centering ritual, case presentations, didactic and pastoral/professional issues. 1 hour per week of individual supervision with each student and 15 hours per week of pastoral care at the DVAMC. The contractor shall provide the PM/TM with monthly [frequency determined by project's duration] written progress reports (original plus _3_ copies). These are due to the PM/TM by the second workday following the end of each calendar month, throughout the project's duration. The PM/TM is required to provide monthly progress reports to the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) by the fifth workday of the new calendar month. The progress report shall cover all work completed during the preceding month and shall present the work to be accomplished during the subsequent month. This report shall also identify any problems that arose, along with a statement explaining how the problem was resolved. This report shall also identify any problems that have arisen but have not been completely resolved, with an explanation. Period of performance for the contract would be from August - December 2011 and January 2012 - May 2012. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that this requirement can be performed by the contractor. Responses must be received no later than May 25, 2011 at 10:00 am EST by sending an e-mail. All interested parties, must be registered in Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database. This notice is for informational purposes only. Questions may be directed to Shelley Allen, Contracting Specialist via e-mail at Shelley.Allen@va.gov. However, any data received will be for the sole purpose of market research proposes.
