- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912LC-11-R-0009. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 (12 Jun 2008) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20080721. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is for the purchase of the following service contract. The Colorado National Guard is issuing this service request for proposal for two each contract specialists/administrators for one base year 1 July 2011 through 30 June 2012; and two option years, 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013, and 1 July 2013 through 30 June 2014. Hours of duty will be Tuesday through Friday, 0700-1730. Salary proposed; GS 09, step 3, $54,317.00 The skill level of the services proposed should be in accoradance with the attached perfomance work statement and quality assurance worksheet. The services proposed will include health plan and holiday/vacation pay commensurate with those offered by the Federal Government for this skill level. Proposal hourly costs will be submitted broken out as follows: CLIN 0001 Wage CLIN 0002 Health plan CLIN 0003 Payroll cost CLIN 0004 Holiday pay CLIN 0005 Vacation pay, CLIN 0006 Overhead CLIN 0007 Profit CLIN 0008 Training up to $4,000/year per person CLIN 0009 Background check Contract pricing will be based on 160 hours per month. The Government will provide the workstation and all supplies necessary for this position. A CAC/ID card will also be provided by the government. Individuals who fill this position must be US Citizens. The Government will man an award to the lowest priced, responsible contractor whose quote confirms to the solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items (Nov 2007) and 52.215-5, Facsimile Proposals (Oct 1997) applies to this acquisition. Submit signed and dated quotes on company letterhead. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database.
