Description

REPAIR: This acquisition is to add one repair NSN/PN to an existing IDIQ contract (Contract# F09603-03-D-0002) for calendar years 2011 and 2012. It is applicable to the AAQ-24 LAIRCM system. The repair item is: NSN: 5865-01-579-6300 EW; Noun: Transmitter, Countermeasure (GLTA); P/N 001-008065A0402; Quantity: The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 40 ea for CY 2011, and 93 ea for CY 2012. The proposed contract action is sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Cage Code: 26916 under statutory authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not currently own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate solicitation issue date is 2-Jun-2011.
