- Notice of Intent to Award Brand Name or Equal The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the office of the Secretary of the Army Executive Transportation, Motor Operations Division requires the lease of two 2011 Lincoln Navigators L 4X4 and two Ford Expedition XLT vehicles. The vehicles are to be used by the government 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to provide transportation for the Motor Operations Division. The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair parts and other services necessary. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year of 12 months from the date of receipt by the government and one (1) 12 month option period. This notice of intent is being issued under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), FAR 6.302.1 (c) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is to lease brand name or equal vehicles listed above, this is not a request for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
