Description
PRON: AX1F5148AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a quantity of 200 each minimum to a quantity of 600 each maximum of a NITROGEN INERTING U, NSN: 1560-01-587-1028, Part Number: 7-511642401-001 applicable to the BJ-AH-64 (APACHE).Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 200 each, 2nd Year, 100 each, 3rd Year, 100 each, 4th Year,100 each, 5th Year 100 each with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. 17070-5002. The required delivery without First Article Testing is 200 each 210 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage Code:8V613(LB) and CARLETON LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS INC., Cage Code: 99251(LB). This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
