Comments and suggestions regarding the Government's course of action and/or alternatives you may offer are encouraged and appreciated. These documents are attached to this notice and may also be obtained at http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations (refer to Solicitation N00019-11-R-0072). Please refer to this website for updates and additional information. Potential Offeror's should check this web site periodically for updated information.
