CLIN 0001- Change in the period of performance. CLIN 0002 & 0003 Opiton year 1 and 2 have been deleted. If you have already submitted past performance, technical capabilities and signed amendments (0001 through 0003) you do not have to resubmit those. Please do however resubmit a signed and dated SF1449 and new pricing for CLIN 0001 along with amendment 0004 signed and dated.
