The modification is the listing of correct closing date for the Pre-Solicitation notice. The closing date is June 1, 2011. Also, this requirement is for "Small Business" Set-Aside. The set aside requirement mention within the original announcement for other then "Small Business" Set-Aside is a typo please disregard.
