- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s). CLIN 0001 Maintenance of Liebert Brand Equipment UPS System located at 1680 Texas Street, Building 20362 including batteries, and Power Distribution Units located 2048 7th St SE, Building 20676. The requirement is for the vendor to provide unlimited remedial maintenance within a 4 hour response time, 24 hour/day, 7 days/week. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) CLIN 0001AA - Base (period of performance - 27 May 2011 - 26 May 2012) Power Distribution Unit; UPS System and Batteries - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW CLIN 0001AB - Option 1 (period of performance - 27 May 2012 - 26 May 2013) Power Distribution Unit; UPS System and Batteries - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW CLIN 0001AC - Option 2 (period of performance - 27 May 2013 - 26 May 2014) Power Distribution Unit - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW CLIN 0001AD - Option 2 (period of performance - 27 May 2013 - 26 May 2014) Batteries - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW CLIN 0001AE - Option 3 (period of performance - 27 May 2014 - 26 May 2015) Power Distribution Unit - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW CLIN 0001AF - Option 3 (period of performance - 27 May 2014 - 26 May2015) Batteries - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW CLIN 0001AG - Option 4 (period of performance - 27 May 2015 - 26 May2016) Power Distribution Unit - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW CLIN 0001AH - Option 4 (period of performance - 27 May 2015 - 26 May 2016) Batteries - Preventative Maintenance as described in the attached SOW The following provisions apply to this acquistions: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items Section (a) is completed as follows: Lowest priced.
