- Firm fixed price (FFP), indefinite quantity - indefinite delivery (IDIQ) contract was awarded 19 May 2011 to Roche Diagnostics Corporation, 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, ID 46250-0457. This contract is for Human Chemistry Immuno Assay Laboratory (cost per reportable test) services at medical treatment facilities (MTFs) in the National Capital Area (NCA). Initial service locations are the new Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD and the new Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH), Fort Belvoir, VA.
