- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1, intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract to include an estimated quantity of two Aircraft Cargo Loaders. The requirement will be procured using the procedures in FAR parts 12 and 13. The evaluation criteria for the procurement will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. This procurement will be solicited as unrestricted. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 333924. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov. The anticipated solicitation issue date will be on or about 16 May 2011. The receipt date for the quotes shall be approximately 30 days after the actual solicitation posting date on the Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
