- ******************NOTICE************NOTICE**************NOTICE******* Site Visit for OPM Classroom and Conference Facilities Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Solicitation W90BRJ-11-R-0005 (also W90BRJ-11-R-0006) 10:00 AM on 30 May 2011 Eskan Village 1.If your company representatives do not already have access to Eskan Village, please provide the following information to the Contracting Officer no later than 5:00 PM local time (Riyadh), 22 May 2011: - Full name (First, middle, and family name, as well as any other aliases) - Company you are representing - Copy of Igama, or - Copy of Valid current passport. The passport presented MUST have a Saudi visa within the passport for access to Eskan Village 2.Failure to provide the information by 5:00 PM, 22 May 2011 will result in denied access to Eskan Village and participation in the Site Visit.
