- 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. CACI Systems, Inc, 14151 Park Meadow Dr, Chantilly, VA, is currently providing a full range of engineering and technical services to SCRD for C4ISR systems for various programs under competitively awarded Contract N00421-06-C-0074, which is projected to run out of ceiling by 15 May 2011. CACI is the only source capable of providing the necessary continuation of these services without causing a break in support. In accordance with FAR 16.301-2, all tasking for this effort will be CPFF due to the uncertainties in contract performance. Due to the variables inherent to the nature of the requirement, it can only be described in general terms resulting in costs not being estimated with sufficient accuracy to provide for any other type of fixed price contract
