- ESC/HSJB of the Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts will make available a Technical Requirements Document (TRD) to those vendors who are interested in technologies that satisfy Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) requirements. This TRD is being provided so that contractors can provide the Government with white papers as described below. Currently there is no request for proposal tied to this TRD. It is for informational purposes only. If you are interested in receiving this document please contact Joe Vitelli at joseph.vitelli@hanscom.af.mil, Contract Specialist. Please note that voicemails will not be returned. All data and documentation provided will be STINFO D FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY and must be handled appropriately. Classified information may be provided to those vendors who possess the appropriate clearance and facilities accredited to receive, store and process classified material. All interested contractors must provide a valid DD 2345 Certification number, and active cage code.
