- Amendment #3, which reposts the SF30 for Amendment #1 extending the due date of proposals to Monday, May 23, 2011, due no later than 4pm Eastern Time. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide Technical Assistance and Support for the Africa Region (TASC4 - AFRICA) for USAID's Office of Global Health, Health Infectious Diseases and Nutrition (HIDN) as described in the attached RFP. USAID anticipates the award of up to six (6) five-year IDIQ contracts. Two of the contracts are set aside for award to small business concerns. Please review all information included in the attached RFP. Amendment #3: The purpose of amendment #3 is to repost the SF30 for Amendment #1, which extends the due date of proposals for SOL-OAA-11-000021, TASC4 - Africa. The new due date for proposals is Monday, May 23, 2011, no later than 1600 hours Eastern time. Amendment #2: The purpose of this amendment is to: - Amend SOL-OAA-11-000021 as described on the following pages; - Provide Questions and Answers for TASC4 - Africa Amendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of proposals for SOL-OAA-11-000021, TASC4 - Africa. The new due date for proposals is Monday, May 23, 2011, no later than 1600 hours Eastern time.
