The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, Solicitation number N63394-11-R-1238, on a sole source basis to 3D Engineering Corporation, to purchase materials to build SCD Ordalt 78824 kits for the installation onboard Aegis Cruisers and Destroyers, during the fiscal year (FY) 12, FY13 and FY14.
