Attachment 2 - Current 7284 Postal Door Drawing File Attachment 1 - Current USPS Traffic Door Specifications Supplier Return Package Requirements This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to assist the United States Postal Service (USPS) better understand and identify what manufacturers, suppliers and/or distributors are available in the marketplace, in development and/or deployed to meet the needs of commercial and government organizations associated with traffic door requirements. The Postal Service will determine from this RFI, respondents that may be considered prequalified to participate in a pending future Request for Proposal (RFP) for a National Impact Traffic Door Supplier. The information included in this Request for Information (RFI) will be evaluated by the United States Postal Service Purchase Team to determine the feasibility and strategies associated with the USPS Traffic door requirements. The RFI provides an opportunity to submit specific information pertaining to the products, services and on the supplier's capability of satisfying the Postal Service requirements. The Postal Service will not return respondents submittals. Submission to this RFI shall include the basic information on company; size, years in business, relevant experience, and a basic financial statement. The RFI is not intended to imply a contract or to procure the referenced products. The purpose of the RFI is to evaluate the market segment, supplier/respondents' capability and prequalify suppliers for a pending future RFP. The RFI does not require suppliers to prepare detailed proposals, however; suppliers are strongly encouraged to provide information regarding their capabilities and outline their strategy or approach to achieve the objectives set forth in the RFI. Interested parties or suppliers are directed to provide sufficient detail to demonstrate their present capabilities, provide the location (Street Address and on site Contact Information) of their design/manufacturing or distribution facilities. Respondents are encouraged to convey in what ways their capability satisfies the stated requirements and what impact the capability may be leveraged to address the objectives of the requirement. Provide examples of similar projects in the past five (5) years and provide client references for these projects. The complete submission package should not exceed thirty (30) pages excluding the Financial Statement and Transmittal page
