- This project shall consist of the work necessary to construct and re-route the stream to prevent Sheriff Reservoir's fish population from migrating upstream into the upper reaches of Trout Creek and to measure stream flows located on the Yampa Ranger District of the Medicine Bow and Routt National Forest and Thunder Basin National Grasslands. Work shall consist of but not be limited to; traffic control, sediment and erosion control, dewatering, structural excavation, concrete work, geotechnical testing, riprap, installation of stilling well measurement structure, channel regarding, removal and disposal of the existing structures, revegetation, and quality control. Anticipated start work date is on or about July 15, 2011 with an allotted time for this contract of eighty (80) days from the date of issuance of the notice to proceed. All work shall be performed on the Yampa Ranger District of the Medicine Bow and Routt National Forest and Thunder Basin National Grassland, Rio Blanco County, Colorado. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for June 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (details of this meeting will be included in the solicitation). All participants must RSVP by June 14, 2011 by contacting Malinda (Mindy) Jiminez at 970-295-6683. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around May 31, 2011. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Malinda (Mindy) Jiminez at mrjiminez@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 970-295-6699. All Offerors shall be registered to the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
