- The Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office-Battle Creek has a sole source requirement for SafetySmart Online subscription. This is a special notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Bongarde Communications, Inc. d/b/a Bongarde Holdings, 20 Kernan Rd., Oroville, WA 98844. The specifications are as follows: Line Item Part Number Brand Name Description Quantity 0001 SafetySmart Online Subscription, Enterprise Edition, 1800 users Period of Performance is 12 months May 31, 2011 - May 30, 2012. Submit written questions regarding this acquisition to amanda.geissler@dla.mil no later than Thursday, May 19, 2011, at 9 a.m. ET. Please place "SP4707-11-Q-0051" in the subject line of your e-mail message. Questions received after Thursday, May 19, 2011, at 9 a.m. ET, WILL NOT be answered. Telephone calls will NOT be accepted at any time. If there are any firms who believe they can satisfy this requirement, please submit a proposal by Monday, May 23, 2011, at 2 p.m. ET.
