- Scope of work and bid sheet. Request for proposal Quarry Materials The Oneonta Job Corps Academy (OJCA) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 21 Homer Folks Avenue, Oneonta, N.Y. 13820, are desirous of a fully insured contractor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. P otential bidders must have or obtain a Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract. Potential bidders must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being awarded a federal contract. Final bids are due to this center, not later than 31 May 2011 at 4:00 PM. Point of contact for this project is the Purchasing Department. They can be reached via email at Thompson.scottm@jobcorps.org Scope of Work A vendor is needed to provide and deliver the following quarry material to the Oneonta Job Corps Academy: Crusher Run, 1 ½" / 1000 tons Cobbles, 8-10" / 300 tons #2 Round stone / 300 tons All materials and materials delivery to our location (21 Homer Folks Ave, Oneonta NY 13820), are to be furnished by the successful bidder.
