- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia Site intends to solicit, on an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis, for Test and Evaluation of a MagCanica Torque Meter in accordance with MIL-STD-461E and MIL-STD-810F. The Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation for further detail. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541330. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. Offerors shall be required to submit both price and technical proposals. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. The solicitation is expected to be released within 15 days of this posting. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation.
