- Itemized Listing Version 2, 16 May 2011 The purpose of this amendment is to respond to contractor's questions and extend the RFQ date and time to 16 May 2011, 1:00 MST. The government will post a revised Performance Work Statement on or about 9 May 11. Please note all questions and quotes must be submitted to both A1C Jody Smith at jody.smith@peterson.af.mil and S. Krisitin Davis at susan.davis@peterson.af.mil. The purpose of this amendment is to respond to contractor's question, post revised performance work statement and amend paragraph ix, FAR 52.212-2. Question: I talked to the manufacturer of the Fall Arrest Systems -"DBI Sala" and was told that Fall Arrest Systems cannot be load tested because as soon as you do the load test they are no longer usable. They are a one-time deal safety and then are no good for use. I need some direction here because DBI Sala says there system comewith certificates which certify there safety and the load test would damage the system. Therefore how could a test be performed on the item? Response: Please see the revised performance work statement, paragraph 2.2. The purpose of the amendment is to post the revised itemized listing and extend the RFQ to 19 May 2011, 1:00 pm MST.
