- Contractor shall prospectively identify a cohort of adult study participants who are at high risk for complications due to influenza. The contractor shall closely monitor these participants for respiratory illness and during the influenza season establish procedures to visit the participants during their respiratory illness to collect specimens to test for influenza. RFP 2001-N-13398 will be posted in FedBizOpps on or about June 10, 2011. Full and open competition will be used in soliciting offers for this requirement. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The scheduled proposal due date will be approximately thirty (30) days afer the posting of the solicitation. The solicitation will be made available thorugh the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will also be made at the same website.
